Description
Released in a limited number of only 500 pieces in 2000, this Langematik Anniversary celebrates A. Lange & Söhne’s 10th anniversary. This attractive timepiece features a 37mm-wide, 8.6mm-thick platinum case built on three levels. The bezel, case band, and case back come in an alternate finish that gives extra character to the watch. The dial’s design is an original creation, with a template from a hundred years back. The white enamel dial features a “chemin-de-fer” chapter ring with a seconds/minute track and black-painted Roman numeral hour markers, except for the XII in red. A small seconds sub-dial is at 6. Blued steel hands point to the hour, minute, and seconds. Beneath the dial is the in-house caliber L921.7 SAX-O-MAT automatic movement with 36 jewels and 46 hours of power reserve. This timepiece is fitted with a black leather strap.
